Collaborative Professionals of Canada ‘Cross Country Check-Up revealed the challenges faced right across the country. All jurisdictions face resistance with the legal community embracing collaboration and the using the full team model. It is possible that as a group, it affords the opportunity to lobby the government for changing how families handle separation.
