AFDS Advantage
Linda Cartier CFP® R.F.P., FDS, PRP, ELP
I am often asked to outline the advantages of our training program. First, we are totally Canadian and fully dedicated to serving our students and Academy members across Canada. All our material is Canadian developed and pertains to the Canadian situation. Our course offers the highest number of CE credits (44.75) as determined by the Institute for Advanced Financial Education (Advocis) and 30 IIROC CE Credits (plus various provincial credits depending on province of residence - Sask.- Alberta - Quebec). We provide on-going support and service through the internet and toll free telephone to students and graduates. We offer both in-class and self-study courses and advanced training sessions, plus yearly renewal updates. All our pricing includes shipping and handling. Payment can be mail, fax, phone or any major credit card or Pay Pal. Our exams are "open book" for self-study students - no need to go to a test centre or incur additional expense. We have an all Canadian professional advisory boardThose who join the Academy can be listed on the website for the benefit of individuals wishing to contact a qualified practitioner. Also there is a password protected members only section provided on the website.
With any major purchase “after sales service” for most of us is a very important consideration. The Canadian Academy of Financial Divorce Specialists has an outstanding record of e-mail and toll free telephone response to member’s inquiries and/or concerns. This service is free of charge and is available to all members at any time. As Academy President and chief trainer, I am a practicing Financial Divorce Specialist and answer all inquiries of a professional nature myself. Administrative details are handled by staff members Wendy, John and Bruce. All are committed to providing members with the support they may require as they practice as Financial Divorce Specialists. You may contact me directly for further information through our Inquiry Page or by using our toll free telephone number 1-888-893-7526 during regular (Eastern time) business hours.
Thank you for your interest.
